This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on NextRGB.shop, an online retailer specializing in computer electronic peripherals including wired/wireless mice, mechanical keyboards, gaming monitors, monitor brackets and peripheral matching accessories. All shipping services are provided by NextRGB (referred to as "we", "us", "our"). By completing checkout and submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed in this shipping policy.
1. Service Shipping Coverage Area
We currently provide domestic shipping services to all contiguous United States states, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not support international shipping to all overseas regions including Canada, the European Union and other countries temporarily. We refuse delivery to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, offshore isolated islands and temporary mobile delivery points. These addresses cannot be scanned and signed by mainstream logistics carriers, and we will automatically cancel orders with invalid delivery addresses without prior notice.
For cross-city remote counties within the contiguous United States, additional remote area surcharges will be generated, which will be explicitly displayed on the checkout page before payment. No subsequent supplementary fees will be charged after order confirmation.
2. Order Processing Lead Time
All peripheral orders undergo manual quality inspection, accessory matching and anti-collision packaging before shipment. Processing time excludes weekends and U.S. federal statutory holidays:

Small-sized peripherals (mice, keyboards, mouse pads, cable accessories): Standard processing within 1-2 business days. All products will be inspected for functional faults, surface scratches and button sensitivity before packaging, and equipped with bubble wrap and original factory cartons.

Large-sized peripherals (24-49 inch gaming monitors): Standard processing within 2-4 business days. Monitors require secondary reinforced outer cartons, foam corner protection and screen anti-pressure lining to avoid screen breakage during transit, so the packaging cycle will be extended accordingly.

Peak period extension: During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas shopping peaks, order processing time may be delayed by 1-3 business days due to order backlog. We will send delay reminder emails to affected customers actively.
Once payment is verified successfully, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. No shipment means no logistics tracking information generated.
3. Shipping Cost Standards

Standard Ground Shipping (small peripherals): Flat rate $7.99 for all orders under $150. Free standard ground shipping for all domestic orders over $150 within contiguous US.

Large Item Freight Shipping (all monitors): Fixed freight fee $19.99 per unit, regardless of order quantity. This fee covers specialized fragile goods logistics insurance and reinforced packaging labor costs.

Alaska & Hawaii surcharge: $12.99 extra shipping fee for all small peripherals, $29.99 extra for monitors, no free shipping exemption for these two states.
All displayed shipping fees do not include local sales tax, which will be calculated separately according to the delivery state’s tax rate on the checkout page.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimated values only, counted from the actual shipment date instead of the order placement date, and we do not guarantee rigid delivery deadlines.

Small peripherals contiguous US: 3-6 business days via USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground

Monitor large cargo contiguous US: 5-9 business days via UPS Fragile Freight Channel

Alaska & Hawaii: 7-12 business days for all peripheral products
Common uncontrollable delays include extreme weather, carrier route adjustment, customs internal inspection and regional logistics congestion. We will not compensate for ordinary delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Logistics Tracking Rules
After the carrier picks up the package, the tracking number will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours. Tracking status usually takes 12-48 hours to synchronize on the official carrier website due to warehouse scanning delays. If tracking information shows no update for more than 5 consecutive business days, please contact customer support for manual logistics escalation.
Customers can track orders anytime via the Order Tracking page on NextRGB.shop with order number and registered email address.
6. Fragile Goods Delivery Inspection & Damage Liability
As monitors belong to fragile electronic products, we stipulate mandatory on-site inspection rules:

Customers must inspect the outer packaging for extrusion, cracking and water soaking before signing for delivery.

If the packaging is damaged, please refuse signing directly and contact our customer service immediately; we will arrange free reshipment without requiring customers to bear any fees.

If signed without inspection and internal screen crack, light leakage and panel damage are found afterwards, customers need to provide unboxing full video within 24 hours after signing to apply for damage claim. Claims without complete unboxing videos will be rejected.
For mice and keyboards with minor surface scratches without functional failure, we do not support free return due to cosmetic defects caused by normal transit friction.
7. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
Packages will be returned to our warehouse automatically due to incorrect recipient address, invalid phone number, three failed delivery attempts or long-term unclaimed status. For returned packages caused by customer-provided wrong information, customers need to bear secondary shipping fees for reshipment. If customers abandon the package, we will refund the product amount only, deducting original shipping and return logistics costs.
8. Carrier Selection Right
We cooperate with USPS, UPS and specialized fragile freight carriers. We reserve the right to match logistics channels independently according to product volume, weight and delivery region without prior notification to customers. Customers cannot request designated carriers separately.
9. Policy Revision Right
We may revise this shipping policy irregularly. Updated terms will be posted directly on NextRGB.shop official website and take effect immediately after publication. Continuous use of our website and ordering services means acceptance of revised terms.
